Telemedicine

Effective immediately due to the coronavirus pandemic Dr. Bradford and Dr. Grewal are offering telemedicine video appointments where appropriate to their patients.  We are experiencing significant increases in the volume of patient care needs, and therefore ask that each video/phone appointment is limited to 1 major concern or 2 minor concerns.  Appointments will be approximately 10 minutes long.  Please understand there are limitations to telemedicine as not all conditions can be fully assessed by phone/video. Should you subsequently need an in person physical examination we will arrange this in a safe way.

If you are interested in this option, please contact our office to ensure we have your email and to book a time for these appointments. You will then be sent instructions and the consent form to complete in advance. Please note that not all types of problems are suited to a video appointment. We appreciate your patience during this time as we institute this new system. The video platforms we use are doxy.me or Zoom for Healthcare, which are both compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Remember to have the name/location of your pharmacy ready in case you need a prescription.
